We offer free return on all orders. When you make a return you can choose between a refund, an exchange for a different size, or a mixture of both. Exchanged items will be shipped back to you free of charge. To make a return, simply click on the country you are returning from and follow the instructions:
As a customer you have a 14 day period from when you receive your order, in which you can start the return process. If you cancel or return a purchase, and do not want to exchange it for a different size, you will get your money back. If the value of the item is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the size, fit and properties of the item, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that nothing will be refunded. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item. We will transfer the money by the same method of payment which you used for the purchase. We will hold back the payment until we have received the item.
