RETURN POLICY
As a customer you have a 14 day period, starting from when you receive your order, in which you can start the return process.
Orders placed between Black Friday and the 24th of December can be returned or exchanged until the 7th of January.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with hangtag. A money back refund will be transferred by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
We will only issue the refund after we have received the item.
Orders with free shipping that are returned by not accepting or picking up the delivery will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
For health and hygiene reasons, water bottles cannot be returned and socks can only be returned in unopened original packaging.

Receive a gift card with the full value of your returned item(s).
Money back
Receive a refund with the value of your returned item(s) minus return shipping costs.
The costs vary by country and are listed below. If you wish to exchange for a different size, simply return the item(s), select store credit as your refund method and place a new order once you have your gift card.
